Charles Carl Crabbe Charles ("C.C.") was a school teacher, lawyer, Prosecuting Attorney of Madison Co., Ohio, member of the State Legislature, Attorney General of Ohio for two tearms. He was author of the "Crabbe Act" - the Ohio dry law during the prohibitation era. He gave John W. bricker his first political apointment - as Assistant Attorney General of Ohio. Mr. Bricker later became Governor of Ohio and also a U.S. Senator.
C.C. and Ida are buried at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio. He was qualified LLB degree from Ohio Northern University in 1904.
